About Us
Zakaz is a digital delivery platform operated by Zakaz, a registered business in Douala, Cameroon. Zakaz enables users to browse, order, and have food, groceries, and other products purchased and delivered by our team from partner vendors.
Zakaz is solely responsible for completing purchases on your behalf and delivering the requested goods to your location using our designated delivery agents (drivers).
Eligibility
To use Zakaz, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have parental permission if under 18
- Provide accurate account information
- Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms
Account Registration
You may need to register an account to access and use certain features of Zakaz. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Placing Orders
Zakaz allows users to:
- Browse available products (e.g., meals, groceries)
- Add items to a virtual cart
- Proceed to checkout, where:
- You will select a driver (Zakaz delivery agent)
- You will be required to make a payment via mobile money (MTN or Orange)
Zakaz handles both the purchase and delivery of goods on your behalf. Once your order is confirmed, our team proceeds to purchase the items and deliver them to your specified address.
Payments
Zakaz supports Mobile Money payments via MTN and Orange. All transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment system.
No-Refund Policy
Zakaz does not offer refunds for completed orders under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, order mistakes, or user error. Once an order is paid and processed, it is considered final and non-reversible.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Delivery Agents
All deliveries are carried out by Zakaz delivery agents (drivers). During checkout, users are required to select an available driver from our system. Zakaz is responsible for coordinating the delivery process from vendor to user.
Promotions & Contests
Zakaz may occasionally offer promotional discounts, contests, or sweepstakes. Such offers may be subject to separate terms and can be changed or withdrawn at any time.
User Content
Users may submit content such as reviews, feedback, and suggestions. By doing so:
- You grant Zakaz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content
- You confirm the content is your own and does not violate third-party rights
We reserve the right to remove or moderate content that is unlawful or inappropriate.
